We offer 4 main service options, but we are incredibly flexible, and it's our intention to ensure that you get what you want, so we can tailor each individual option or even combine different aspects of each service level to get you the most cost effective option. |

Our marketing and monitoring package is the ultimate in site user tracking and analysis. In addition to the normal site logging, we implement our own database system to allow you to analyse in detail, each users visit to your site. This type of tracking can really help you to understand the nature of your client and how your site is interacting with them. No user detail is held so the data is anonymous, but the results can help you keep your client browsing and buying for longer. |

The results speak for themselves, and we have a number of sites under this regime at present, and the businesses are really happy with the increased sales as a result. This package can be bolted onto any of our existing service packages, and comes as standard on the monthly service product. |

Pay As You Go (PAYG) [DETAIL] |

| Our Pay-As-You-Go service level is specifically designed for clients who are unlikely to require regular service, and who don't want to be burdened with a monthly outgoing that they rarely make full use of. |

| We agree with you a credit limit, which is usually measured in hours, as will will agree a fixed hourly rate with you. We simply invoice you when you reach your credit limit. We add a maximum time limit (usually 3 months) after which, if you haven't used your limit, we invoice for what you have used and reset your credit limit. |

We provide you with online access to see how you are doing with your credit, and we alert you when you're approaching your limit. Our aim is to ensure that you keep track of your costs effectively, and there are no suprises!

For some customers, a monthly service contract is a more appropriate and cost effective solution, especially if your demand will be high and regular. This option can also be tailored specifically for your requirements. |

We don't have a fixed rate service agreement because we know that we can't simply put everyone into a category for service. We will negotiate your monthly service contract with you, ensuring that you get an affordable product which combines quality service with value for money. |

We include our marketing and monitoring package with every monthly contract. Its really important to us that your site works for you. taking advantage of this product can make success expected, and not hoped for! |

Quite often, after engaging in the development process with us, our clients opt to take a more pro-active approach to their website development updates; often appointing a staff member to take on the update part of the service role. This reduces the cost of service, and allows the client the flexibility to update the site anytime and anywhere. Additionally, it also retains our services to ensure that the technical aspects of your website are catered for, and that there is support available when you need it if things go wrong. |

Finally, our build only program passes the entire service requirement over to you upon completion of the site. Suited to customers with an in house capability, or a developing capability, we can create your site for you and simply hand over as much of it as you can handle at launch. As with all our service levels, it can be tailored to your needs, for example we can hand over the site but retain control of the domain management if thats something you're not familiar with. |
